My favorite flower is a white tiger lily.

The white tiger lily embodies resilience, purity, and grace qualities that mirror my vision for healthcare and women’s empowerment. Its strength lies not in fragility, but in its ability to bloom brilliantly in demanding conditions.

That spirit defines my work with The 100 Doctors LLP, a movement of medical professionals united by purpose, innovation, and compassion. Together, we are transforming healthcare delivery while addressing one of Uganda’s most urgent challenges: the growing unemployment crisis among doctors, particularly medical officers and associate consultants who stand ready to serve but lack opportunity.

Maternal–Fetal Medicine represents the pinnacle of science and humanity, where compassion meets precision to protect the lives of both mother and child. Every woman deserves access to evidence-based, dignified care from adolescence to motherhood and beyond.

Women’s health is not an event; it is a continuum, a journey that requires consistent nurturing, innovation, and advocacy at every stage of life.

When we invest in women, we cultivate generations of strength.
When we empower doctors, we heal nations.

Like the white tiger lily, true healthcare thrives through resilience, renewal, and purpose a continuous evolution of healing, excellence, and grace.
