The 100 Doctors LLP

The 100 is more than a collective; it is a movement of doctors united by purpose, vision, and innovation. We are one hundred medical minds determined to redefine healthcare across Africa, beginning with Uganda, where the medical landscape faces an urgent and often overlooked crisis: the growing unemployment and underemployment of doctors.

Each year, hundreds of Medical Officers and associate consultants hunt for jobs, only to find limited opportunities for structured clinical practice, research engagement, or professional growth. This reality undermines both human potential and the national health system’s ability to deliver consistent, quality care.

The 100 Doctors LLP was created to bridge the widening gap between medical qualifications and meaningful employment. Our mission is to create sustainable pathways for post-internship doctors, MOs, and Associate Consultants through innovation, training, and practice that reflect global standards of excellence.

Our initiatives include:

• Building the largest Outpatient Department (OPD) in Kampala, designed as a hub for integrated, multidisciplinary care.

• Pioneering AI-powered telemedicine, connecting patients and doctors across regions through intelligent digital platforms.

• Establishing an Endoscopy Training and Practice Center offering structured Upper GI Endoscopy and Colonoscopy Training for medical officers post-internship and beyond, ensuring continuous skill development and procedural mastery in minimally invasive care. Endoscopy programs, such as Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy, are designed for SHOs and Associate consultants.

Through these programs, The 100 empowers doctors to serve, learn, and innovate — transforming unemployment into opportunity and restoring dignity to the medical profession.
